On the way of our development process, we do the following steps.
1. Help in permit process
We provide drafting services and guide you through the permitting process. If you prefer, you can entrust the permit process to our company, and we can complete it on your behalf for an additional fee.

2.Start production
Ahead of the construction phase, incorporate any special requests or bespoke elements into the final engineered package, a prerequisite for fabricating your manufacturing your Barrel Lodges.

40% of payment after signing contract
3.Shipping your lodges
After manufacturing your lodge, we will ship it to your specified address. We recommend completing any necessary landscape work before the arrival of your Barrels. If you prefer, we can handle the landscaping for an additional fee. Alternatively, we are more than happy to coordinate with your contractor to facilitate the process.

40% of the payment before shipping.
* Transportation does not include to payment.
4.Final stage
You will receive your lodges, and we will conduct a walkthrough with you to confirm the production.
